Domestic Violence suspect Albert Pereida Torres

On Sunday, September 3, 2017, Fresno Police officers responded to a confidential address for a domestic disturbance call. Upon arrival, offices contacted the victim who advised them that suspect Torres punched her in the side of the head several times in front of their children causing a lump on her head. While in front of their children, suspect Torres produced a silver revolver from his waistband and threatened to shoot the victim in the leg. The victim escaped the residence and contacted the police. Suspect Torres fled the scene before police arrived and is wanted for violation of PC 273.5(a) Criminial Threats. Suspect Albert Pereida Torres is believed to be hiding in the Fresno area.
