The KMJ Fresno Police Department’s most wanted person of the week: Domestic Violence suspect Carlos Adrian Castanos

On June 17, 2016, Fresno Police Officers responded to the 4600 Block of North First Street regarding a victim of domestic violence.  Upon arriving, officers located a 25 year-old female suffering from injuries to her face and head.  The victim told police that she was driving with her boyfriend when he became angry and started arguing with her.  The suspect, Carlos Castanos, grabbed her by her hair and began hitting her about the face and head and struck her several times in the ribs.  The victim was able to get out of the vehicle at a traffic light and call police. Carlos Castanos is a validated Bulldog gang member with an extensive criminal record and is wanted for felony domestic violence.  He is believed to be hiding in the Fresno area.
