Eli Guiba of Fresno.  A judge issued an active arrest warrant for domestic violence.

On August 5th, 2015 at around 11:30 pm, Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a disturbance near a gas station in Tarpey Village.  Deputies discovered there was a domestic disturbance nearby in the parking lot of a liquor store.  Two men in a white Lexus pulled up next to two women standing by the store.  One of the men, later identified as Eli Guiba, got out of the car and began to kick and punch one of the women, a 19-year-old who was Guiba’s ex-girlfriend.  A citizen intervened and caused Guiba and the other suspect to jump in their car and drive away.

Eli Guiba is 22 years old.  He is described as being Hispanic, 5’10”, 200 lbs. with brown eyes and long black hair, which is often braided.  He has a tattoo of a dog paw on his upper right arm.
