Ryan Michael Ollis of Fresno. A judge issued an active arrest warrant after he failed to meet with his probation officer.  He faces several felony charges, which include car theft, burglary and drug possession.

A Fresno County Sheriff’s deputy patrolling the area of Hwy. 99 and Olive Ave. in Fresno stopped at the 76 gas station after seeing a Honda car in the parking lot that was missing its license plates.  The deputy contacted the man next to the car, Ryan Ollis, and learned through a records check that the car was recently reported stolen.  The deputy arrested Ollis and booked him into the Fresno County Jail.  He spent one day in custody and was then let out as part of a federal court order release.

Ryan Ollis is 30 years old.  He is white, 5’10”, 170 lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair.  He is known to have a mustache and goatee.  Ollis has tattoos on both arms and a tattoo over his right eyebrow.
