Frank Raney of Fresno. A judge has issued an active arrest warrant for felony charges of growing marijuana, manufacturing a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge for possession of concentrated cannabis.

On September 12, 2016, the Fresno County Narcotics Enforcement Team served a search warrant at a home located near Auberry and Millerton Roads.  While searching the property, detectives found a detached garage which had been setup as a marijuana growing operation.  Inside were several rooms containing drug production equipment, chemicals and with 14 pounds of processed marijuana.  Detectives also found concentrated cannabis, commonly known as honey oil.

No one was home at the time.  Detectives identified Raney as the suspect and spoke with him over the phone, but he refused to turn himself in.

Frank Raney is a 45 year old Hispanic man.  He is 5’11”, 215 lbs. with brown eyes and short brown hair.
