Hi, this is Chief Jerry Dyer with the KMJ Fresno Police Department’s most wanted person of the week – Domestic Violence suspect Refugio Anthony Rodriguez

On May 04, 2016, Fresno Police officers responded to the 5400 Block of North Fresno Street regarding a victim of domestic violence.  Upon arriving, officers located a 21 year-old pregnant female suffering from injuries to her face, head and stomach.  The victim told police that her boyfriend was visiting when he became angry and started arguing with her.  The suspect, Refugio Rodriguez, grabbed her by her hair and began hitting her on her face and head and struck her several times in the stomach before fleeing. The victim who is three months pregnant was treated at the scene for her injuries.  Refugio Rodriguez is a validated Bulldog gang member with an extensive criminal record and has a felony warrant for domestic violence and felony assault.  He is believed to be hiding in the Northeast Fresno area.
