The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office most wanted person of the week is:
Thomas Edwin Wiggin of Fresno. A judge has issued a bench warrant for failing to report to court on charges of child abuse.
A woman made a report to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office regarding violent actions committed by her family member, Thomas Wiggin. She told deputies she witnessed Wiggin hit the daughter of his girlfriend. Wiggin also grabbed the 3 year old child by the neck and dragged her off the couch. He placed the girl into his car and left the home. Deputies were unable to locate Wiggin, so they authored a warrantless declaration for his arrest. Two days later, deputies found Wiggin near Olive and Fowler Avenues in Fresno and took him into custody.
Deputies booked him into the Fresno County Jail where he spent two days in custody. He was let out after posting bond.
Thomas Wiggin is white, 23 years old, 5’8”, 130 lbs. with hazel eyes and brown hair. He has multiple tattoos on both his arms and hands.
