The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office most wanted person of the week is:

Daniel Patrick Maldonado of Reedley. A judge has issued a bench warrant for failing to report to court on charges of auto theft, evading police and possession of burglary tools.

A Fresno County Sheriff’s deputy attempted to make a traffic stop on a stolen car in Parlier. The driver, Daniel Maldonado, refused to pull over and took off. Maldonado sped at high speeds, drove against traffic and crashed into a car before finally coming to a stop. Deputies order him out of the car and took him into custody.

Deputies booked him into the Fresno County Jail where he spent four days in custody. He was then let out due to a federal court order release.

Daniel Maldonado is 31 years old, 5’11”, 180 lbs. with brown eyes and a shaved head. He may a mustache and goatee. He has a tattoo on his neck that says “California Dreaming.”
